Tiffin University needed a way to empower the student helpdesk.
“Our professional IT resources are few and we needed to safely give our student IT workers the ability to do routine IT tasks. All without increasing admin-level rights and without requiring the student IT workers to learn a variety of vendor-specific IT tools.

Those routine tasks can then be easily shared with student IT workers and other IT personnel who can now safely perform these tasks outside of their domain of expertise.

Use Case
