User Onboarding

A lot of your customer’s systems are using Microsoft Active Directory along with O365 or On-Premise Exchange. With Cimitra, you can turn user onboarding tasks right back to your customer. The customer isn’t using Microsoft administrative tools. They are using Cimitra, which in turns calls Microsoft APIs to do things such as create user’s accounts, email addresses, email aliases etc. 

User Changes

When a person changes their name, or a phone number, or one of a dozen different attributes, currently those changes are logged with the MSP and someone at the MSP needs to make changes to the customer’s system(s). With Cimitra, modifications to user’s attributes can be given right back to the customers…safely!
